We handle the construction, delivery, and full compeletion of your home by managing everything from site preparation and permits to service connections and final finishing. Our turnkey package is designed to simplify the process so you can focus on moving in. Simply choose your home, make your selections, and leave the heavy lifting to us. We’ll take care of the details while you start planning where the couch goes. Turnkey delivery includes:

DIY Delivery Package
We build it. You take it across the finish line.
We handle the construction and delivery of your home. From there, you take control of the final steps including site preparation, permits, service connections, and finishing elements. You manage the site, coordinate the services, and bring it across the finish line, saving you money and staying hands-on along the way. DIY Delivery includes:
Before Delivery:
Paperwork
• Survey & Plot Plan
• Percolation Test
• Entranceway Permit
• Development Permit
Ground Prep*
• Stripping Topsoil
• Rough Grading
• Shale Pad c/w Poly & 3/4″ Gravel for the mini home (approx. 4 feet longer and wider than the house perimeter)
• Ditch Infill if required for truck/vehicle access
• Solid ground along delivery path (frozen ground or something built with shale depending on time of the year) for Heavy Delivery Truck to drive on
• Driveway (Situational, sometimes done after the home is delivered)
• Crane Pad in case a Crane is required for delivery
*Inspection by us Required prior to delivery, we can supply earthwork materials such as Shale and Gravel
After Delivery:
Paperwork
• Water Test (sometimes handled by the plumber)
• Occupancy Permit (Required before Move-in as Part of the Building Permit Application)
